  • Where can I buy your pork?

    Buy direct from us at Hobart Farm Gate Market every 3rd Sunday or you can order our products online through our order form.

    Huon Valley Meat Co. in West Hobart and Meat Mistress @ Bayside Meats in Sandy Bay also stock our free-range pork products.

  • Which abattoir do you use?

    Our long term plan is to slaughter on the farm. Currently we use Cradoc Hill Abattoir. Phil assists with the humane processing of all his pigs.

  • Can we visit the farm?

    You sure can. We welcome visits by appointment.

  • Do you sell ham and bacon?

    Yes, we sell wood smoked leg hams, boneless hams and nitrite free bacon dry cured and cold smoked using Tasman Sea Salt. All available at Hobart Farm Gate Market 3rd Sunday every month.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver whole pigs and our Pig-in-a-Box product all across Tasmania. Smaller cuts are available to collect from Hobart Farm Gate Market 3rd Sunday every month.

  • How long from order to delivery?

    We slaughter to order every fortnight. This means your Pig In A Box may take up to 30 days for delivery.

  • Why do you use rare and heritage breed pigs?

    These breeds are more adapted to free range and more flavoursome than commercial breeds.

  • What does dwt mean?

    Dressed weight (dwt) is the weight of the carcass after slaughter including head and trotters.

  • Do you charge GST?

    No, as primary producers our direct sales are GST free.

  • Can you supply offal?

    Yes, we can supply offal and blood.

  • Do you supply direct to restaurants?

    We sure do. Please get in touch with us to arrange.
